Basic Agile/Program Portfolio Discussion

Today I had one hour to cover basic agile portfolio/program management. My audience were traditional PMs, BA and parties interest in lean thinking.  I went straight to the whiteboard! Making Roots in Tampa

Here we are- Tampa!
